Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with Sticks Yarra Valley Pty Ltd (“Sticks Yarra Valley”). By completing the customer application process and using the services provided by Sticks Yarra Valley, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Age
You must be 18 years or older to order wine from this web site.
Tax
10% GST payable on orders within Australia is included in the prices above.
Ordering and payment
Sticks Yarra Valley wines and merchandise can be ordered online at www.sticks.com.au (BUY section), by phone, fax or mail. Payment is accepted by cheque or credit card (Visa, MasterCard). Cheques should be made payable to Sticks Yarra Valley Pty Ltd. For telephone orders phone +61 (0) 3 9730 1022 during business hours, Australian Eastern Standard Time.
For fax or mail orders, print off and complete this order form.

Delivery
Delivery is free for a minimum 12 bottle order within Australia.
Freight is charged for delivery outside of Australia or for fewer than 12 bottles within Australia - contact Sticks Yarra Valley on info@sticks.com.au for rates. Freight for merchandise is 10% of the value of the merchandise - eg $30 for the item cost + $3 freight = $33 payable.
Wines and merchandise will be shipped from the winery within 2 working days from clearance of payment. Australia Post is the carrier used within Australia. If your order does not arrive within 10 working days of your order being received, advise us on info@sticks.com.au Include instructions for delivery if you are not home. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or public holidays.
All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure your order is received in good condition. Should your order not arrive in satisfactory condition please contact us within 5 working days of receipt of goods. Whilst your wine will be replaced or fully refunded, Sticks Yarra Valley requires damaged goods to be returned within 21 working days so we can take action with the carrier.
On the rare occasions that incorrect goods are delivered Sticks Yarra Valley will fully refund or replace the item concerned, including return shipping costs, providing they are returned unopened within 1 month of delivery.
If a wine is found to be faulty, Sticks offers a replacement, credit or refund. Notification must be given to us within 5 working days of delivery.
In the event that we have run out of an item on your order, we will endeavour to contact you to arrange a replacement. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to replace out of stock items with another vintage or an item of equal value.
All wines are offered subject to availability and remain the property of Sticks Yarra Valley until payment is received in full.
