2021 Sticks Rosé
So, this is new? New for us, but not for others out this way. Yarra Valley Rosé is here to stay and we love to drink it, so we figured we might as well make it too. Think just-ripe strawberries, heady rose petals, juicy white peaches and a texture that's creamy yet crunchy - we say #effyayrosé.

It's easy on the eye. very pretty. Rosewater, fairy floss and raspberry tart on the nose. The palate just flows; mid-palate is succulent, and the finish is refreshing - think just ripe strawberries with a faint lick for fresh fennel to boot - Capt Sticks AF
