Our philosophy is simple: craft wines with maximum drinkability, speaking less of us and more of their place. Vineyard quality is paramount, and when combined with some careful winemaking and a touch of intuition, the result is incredibly moreish wines representing the best of the Yarra Valley.
A sparkling from 100% Yarra Valley chardonnay fruit, this one is a wee bit wow - intense lemon-curd, brioche and fresh green apple. Generous and creamy, our Blanc de Blancs just feels decadent; perfect for those times that a wee bit of fancy is in order.
